✦ Conference Registration is Mandatory for all the delegates including children above the age of 8 yrs, less than 8yrs, registration is free
✦ Registration is mandatory for speakers, delegates and students presenting papers/posters
✦ Registration is non transferable
✦ Photo ID is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area
✦ Provide us your updated email id & mobile number (Preferred WhatsApp Number). As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
✦ Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
✦ Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
✦ It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure.
✦ Only 1 registration per UTR / Demand Draft would be accepted, if there are multiple registrations in 1 transfer, it would be considered as Trade Registration and fees would apply accordingly.
✦ Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deem fit.
✦ PG Students will have to submit a no objection letter from HOD-Head of Department/Institute

● Requests for cancellation for refunds must be made in writing through e-mail : rajapicon2026@gmail.com
● 50% refund, if cancelled before 30th August, 2026.
● No refund, if cancelled after 30th August, 2026.
● Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference.
● At present, rates are inclusive of GST.
